Shipping Policy

Every Venus Vibe order is checked, pressed and packed by hand before it leaves us. Here’s what to expect once you’ve placed an order.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with tracking details once it has been dispatched.

These are estimates provided by our courier partners, not guarantees. Festive periods, weather and regional restrictions can add a few days.

Shipping charges

Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. Free shipping applies to prepaid orders above the threshold displayed on our site at the time of your order. Cash-on-delivery orders, where available, may carry an additional handling fee.

Tracking your order

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number by email and SMS. You can also track your order any time from the Track Order page on our site, or by signing in to your account.

Incorrect addresses and failed deliveries

Please double-check your shipping address and phone number at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us as undelivered after repeated attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery; additional shipping charges may apply.

International orders

Where we ship outside India, any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price paid at checkout.
