Shipping Policy

Every Venus Vibe order is checked, pressed and packed by hand before it leaves us. Here's what to expect once you've placed an order.

Order processing

Every co-ord set is stitched to the size you order, so orders are processed within 3–5 business days of being placed (unstitched sets within 1–2 business days). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day. You'll see your order confirmation as soon as your order is placed, and we'll send tracking details on WhatsApp once it has been dispatched.

Delivery timelines

These are estimates provided by our courier partners, not guarantees. Festive periods, weather and regional restrictions can add a few days.

Shipping charges

The exact charge is shown at checkout before you pay. We accept UPI and credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay and American Express) through Razorpay. Cash on Delivery is not offered.

Tracking your order

Once dispatched, you'll receive your courier name and tracking number (AWB) on WhatsApp. You can also track your order any time from the Track Order page with your order number and phone.

Incorrect addresses and failed deliveries

Please double-check your shipping address and phone number at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us as undelivered after repeated attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery; additional shipping charges may apply.

International orders

We ship worldwide. International orders usually arrive within 7–15 business days of dispatch. Any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price paid at checkout.
