This Privacy Policy describes how venusvibe.in (the “Site”, “we”, “us” or “Venus Vibe”) collects, uses, and discloses your Personal Information when you visit or make a purchase from the Site.

• Shared with: our hosting provider (Vercel), and Google Analytics and Meta where enabled.

Order information

• Examples collected: name, shipping address, email address, and phone number. Card and UPI details are entered directly with our payment gateway, Razorpay, and never reach or are stored by us.
• Purpose: to provide products to you, process payments, arrange shipping, send order confirmations and updates, communicate with you, screen orders for fraud, and — where you have opted in — send you information about our products.
• Source: collected from you.
• Shared with: our database provider (Supabase), our payment gateway (Razorpay), and our shipping and fulfilment partners (such as Shiprocket and its couriers).

Customer support information

• Examples collected: your name, contact details, order number and the contents of your message, including messages sent to us on WhatsApp or email.
• Purpose: to answer your query and provide customer support.
• Source: collected from you.

Minors

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not intentionally collect Personal Information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us using the details below to request deletion.

Sharing Personal Information

We share your Personal Information with service providers who help us provide our services and fulfil our contracts with you. For example:

• We use logistics partners to deliver your order, and share your name, address and phone with them for that purpose only.
• We may share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws, to respond to a lawful request for information, or to otherwise protect our rights.

Behavioural Advertising

Cookies and browser storage

The Site keeps a small amount of information in your browser so it can remember your bag and preferences between visits, and — where enabled — to measure how the Site is used.

Do Not Track
